Love and Prayers

I said a prayer for you today
and locked it in my heart.
Because I know God loves you
and will peace to you impart.

Worry not your weary soul
or fear the things to come,
For God is always with you
and will be your soul's sweet balm.

Just ask Him to be with you,
and He will be right there.
Ask Him for His will,
in your humble-hearted prayer.

He wants to be your solace,
He wants to be your friend.
Just be brave and ask Him
and He gladly will come in.
